Mark Chee and friend's will be jamming at Blu Jaz Too. Reserve 30 seats for them. Jose to make sure mics and mics stands are issued and collected at end of jamming sessions. No drinks allowed near the dj console and on top of the amps.

Flag event: 1 for 1 (tiger beer in mugs) from 10pm onwards at Blu Jaz Too only. Jose to make sure DJs fixed back and test the system before they leave. Make sure mics and headphone is intact.

Jean will end her attachment program with Blu Jaz on 17 July 2007.

Farewell Party For Jean on 15th July 2007 at Tanjong Beach (Sentosa Island). Meet at 4pm at
the beach and proceed to KM8 for dinner and dance at 7pm.

All service staffs must attend the wine appreciation course to be conducted by Parkers Wines Pte Ltd at Blu Jaz Cafe.

The wine appreciation course consists of the following:-

1. Getting to know our wine list.

2. Differentiation between dry, sweet, medium, full bodied wines.

3. Knowing attributes of wines from different countries and regions

4. How to recommend present open and pour wines.

5. How to open and pour champagne

6. Pairing of wine with food.
